• Assessment → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Post Go Live Support
• Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of Workday Finance programs.
• Manage core finance modules (GL, Procurement, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Revenue).
• Drive successful end-to-end Workday implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
• Define the program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Risk, Quality & Change Management.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies early.
• Ensure high quality through formal testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll/Finance Runs).
• Support change management, training, and adoption to ensure business readiness.

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
