You will configure Workday Compensation modules—including Compensation Plans, Guidelines, and Awards—helping clients structure competitive pay programs and integrate compensation with other HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure compensation frameworks: grade profiles, pay scales, and matrix-based plans
• Build compensation cycles, compensation worksheets, and merit pools
• Integrate compensation data with HCM and financial modules
• Provide end-user training and support during go-live
• Obtain and transfer Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification
