Job summary

Wolseley Canada, headquartered in Burlington, seeks a Learning & Talent Specialist to manage Workday Learning, onboarding, and talent initiatives. You’ll partner with business leaders to design effective development programs and ensure data-driven insights shape learning strategies.

Based out of our Burlington Head Office, this role combines learning operations, technology administration, and stakeholder collaboration to create impactful experiences for associates and the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or Adult Education certification.
• Experience with Workday Learning preferred.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workday Learning tenant operations: users, courses, content, and testing.
• Collaborate with U.S. counterparts on enterprise learning initiatives within a shared tenant.
• Maintain onboarding programs, training matrix, and audits.
• Create and schedule custom Workday reports; analyze usage and trends.
• Maintain the learning portal and ensure resources are up to date.
• Lead talent projects and programs with on-time, within-scope delivery.
