Job summary

Makse Group LLC is seeking a Workday Integrations and Technical Solutions Consulting Manager to lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations for multiple clients. This role involves creating efficient data flows between systems, resolving integration issues, and developing complex Workday reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration development including Studio, EIBs, and core connectors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate stakeholders and users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations for multiple clients.
• Build, test, and deploy integrations utilizing Workday Studio, core connectors, BIRT, and XSLT.
• Resolve day-to-day production support tickets for Workday integrations.
• Gather and create detailed integration specifications and designs.
• Develop and maintain complex Workday reports.
• Assist the team with integration security audits.
• Perform regression testing on integrations during Workday releases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate data management.
• Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features.
