About The Role

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers by designing and implementing seamless integrations with third-party systems. You will collaborate closely within multi-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of customer processes, identify technical challenges, and provide best-practice solutions.

This is a hands-on role that requires a self-starter with a passion for technology and continuous learning. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and configuring integrations while offering technical expertise in Workday integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on integration setup between clients and third-party systems.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping to showcase integration possibilities.
• Design, develop, and support Workday integration code, including Studio, EIB, and third-party coding solutions.
• Implement industry best practices and influence customer adoption of effective integration strategies.
• Identify risks, strategies, and mitigation plans to ensure seamless functionality across systems.
• Apply Workday and PTG methodologies to deliver efficient and scalable integrations.
• Foster collaboration with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Partner with peers, managers, and team members across the organization to solve challenges, enhance processes, and optimize systems.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems integration and consulting services.
• Workday Integrations Certification (Required).
• Hands-on experience developing Workday integrations using EIB, XSLT, Document Transform, Core Connectors, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday Studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong ability to gather and document technical requirements.
• Proven experience contributing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of SaaS applications, deployment models, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with developers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement of software development practices.
• Knowledge of IT Operations, Infrastructure, Application Performance Monitoring, and IT Security domains.
