You will translate system functionality into learner‑centered content—creating self-paced eLearning, job aids, videos, guides, and facilitator materials—while partnering with HR Change Management to ensure a smooth launch and strong associate learning experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience.
• Content creation, storyboarding, and asset development.
• Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, usability, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and build training materials for multiple audiences and learning needs.
• Translate system functionality and processes into easy to understand, plain language content.
• Assist with creating and coordinating a global training delivery schedule.
• Assist with creating / delivering Train-the Trainer program.
