We are at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting‑edge technology to provide smart and connected, sustainable water solutions for the future. Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.

Scope of Position

Watts is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst – Support & Enablement to join our global HRIS team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role will serve as a key point of contact for Workday support, reporting, documentation, training, and user enablement across the organization. This position goes beyond traditional system support. The successful candidate will help ensure that employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders can effectively use Workday by providing high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, developing accurate and scalable reporting solutions, maintaining HRIS documentation and resources, and delivering Workday training and onboarding. As Watts continues to expand its Workday footprint, this role will develop broad knowledge across the Workday platform and support new functionality and modules, including areas such as HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Learning, Talent, Performance, and Compensation. This position will also play an important role in the future implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Learning and the evolution of Watts' HR technology training and knowledge‑management strategy.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Workday support to HR, employees, managers, and other stakeholders by researching, troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving system questions and issues.
  • Manage HRIS support requests to ensure timely resolution, appropriate escalation, and a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot Workday business processes, transactions, security, data, reporting, and general system functionality, partnering with HRIS and functional teams on complex issues.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to configuration, processes, documentation, and training.
  • Support Workday configuration changes, testing, regression testing, release validation, and deployment of enhancements.
  • Perform audits, reconciliations, and data validation to support data quality and integrity.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday custom reports supporting HR operations, compliance, audits, leadership reporting, and business decision‑making.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into accurate, scalable Workday reporting solutions.
  • Maintain reports and scheduled distributions, ensuring appropriate security, accuracy, usability, and relevance.
  • Perform report validation and data‑quality reviews and help maintain reporting standards, documentation, naming conventions, and governance.
  • Train and guide HR users on reports, dashboards, and self‑service reporting resources.
  • Own and maintain HRIS process guides, job aids, training materials, test scripts, FAQs, and other Workday documentation.
  • Maintain Workday resources within HR resource sites and SharePoint, ensuring content is current, organized, consistent, and user‑friendly.
  • Develop and deliver Workday training for HR, managers, employees, and other stakeholder groups, including foundational onboarding for new HR team members.
  • Partner with HRIS and functional teams to develop training and communications for new functionality, process changes, releases, and implementations.
  • Use support trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for additional training, documentation, and communication that improve adoption and reduce support volume.
  • Help establish consistent global standards for Workday training and documentation.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Learning, including testing, documentation, training, reporting, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Develop expertise to serve as a key HRIS resource for Workday Learning as the platform expands.
  • Partner with HR, Talent, Compliance, and other stakeholders to establish scalable processes for creating, assigning, maintaining and managing learning content.
  • Help transition existing Workday training and process documentation into a scalable learning and knowledge‑management framework.
  • Build and maintain broad functional knowledge across the Workday platform, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Learning, as applicable.
  • Evaluate Workday releases and new functionality for opportunities to improve HR operations and the employee experience.
  • Support HRIS projects, implementations, acquisitions, system enhancements, and other strategic initiatives, including testing and validation of business processes, integrations, and configuration changes.
  • Support change management and communications for Workday enhancements and new functionality.
