Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a hands-on Workday Report Writer to turn complex HCM data into actionable reports. This role spans HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and more, with visibility across the organization.

You will build matrix, composite, and RaaS reports, develop calculated fields, and manage Prism datasets in a dynamic Workday HCM environment. Ideal candidates have Workday reporting experience, security knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Hands-on Workday Report Writer with calculated-field expertise.
• Knowledge of Workday security and HCM data sources.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Workday Report Writer Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced, matrix, composite, and RaaS reports.
• Develop complex calculated fields and reporting solutions.
• Create and manage Prism datasets and derived datasets.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operations on reporting needs.
• Validate reports, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support upgrades.
• Maintain report documentation, catalogs, and security standards.
• Develop reporting across the Workday HCM ecosystem.

Our client is building out its reporting team and is looking for a Workday Report Writer who can turn complex HCM data into reporting solutions that drive decisions across the organization. This is a hands-on role with visibility across HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Learning.
