Qualifikationen

• Experience in Workday HCM across Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits.
• Experience in BP configurations and security settings.
• Ability to translate business requirements into development tasks.
• Experience in system integration and ETL processes.

Aufgaben

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units.
• Assist in designing solution architecture and ERP customizations.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain codebase.
• Configure interfaces and ETL processes to ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security/regulatory compliance.
• Prepare documentation and deliver user training.
