Job summary

Korn Ferry in Dallas, TX seeks a Workday HCM Configuration Consultant to support workforce planning initiatives and ongoing platform enhancements.

You will be the primary Workday configuration resource for HCM and Adaptive Planning, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, developing models, reports, and integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful organizational design.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Workday reporting and integrations.
• Experience supporting APIs, web services, or SFTP-based data exchanges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Adaptive Planning in relation to Workday HCM.
• Maintain models, dashboards, reports, and planning structures.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Support workforce planning initiatives including headcount and capacity planning.
• Create reporting requirements for integrations and collaborate with integration teams.
• Support APIs, web service reports, SFTP connectivity, and future system integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, production support, and change-control activities.
• Communicate system changes and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Workday HCM/Configuration Consultant

We're partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking a Workday HCM Configuration Consultant to support workforce planning initiatives and ongoing platform enhancement efforts.

This individual will serve as the primary configuration resource supporting Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM, with a focus on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, hiring assumptions, position planning, and organizational modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Adaptive Planning in how it pertains to Workday HCM


• Maintain models, dimensions, dashboards, reports, and planning structures


• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions


• Support workforce planning initiatives including headcount and capacity planning


• Create reporting requirements for integrations and partner with integration teams


• Support APIs, web service reports, SFTP connectivity, and future system integrations


• Participate in Agile ceremonies, production support, and change-control activities


• Communicate system changes and recommendations to business stakeholders

Requirements
