Job summary

The Squires Group is seeking a Workday HCM Compensation Lead to design, configure, test, and deliver Workday Compensation for a higher education and government client. The role will gather requirements, demonstrate Workday functionality, document design decisions, configure the system, provide knowledge transfer, and support testing and rollout.

This is a primarily remote role requiring onsite travel approximately 1 to 2 weeks per quarter to the Atlanta, GA area.

Qualifications

• Workday HCM Compensation certification is required.
• Prior Workday Compensation implementation experience is required.
• Hands-on configuration experience is required.
• Functional lead or workstream lead experience is required.
• Strong client-facing, documentation, and testing skills are required.
