HCM Systems Analyst (Workday)

Join a respected, people-focused organization in a fully remote role supporting critical HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR teams to troubleshoot issues, explore enhancements, and support system changes or upgrades.
• Act as the primary contact for Workday HCM-related inquiries.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management, working with functional leads.
• Provide support for user issues and system optimization efforts.
• Manage and resolve service requests in line with SLAs, ensuring timely communication with users.
• Support change initiatives and system rollouts, helping to ensure successful adoption.
• Lead or contribute to projects and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance processes related to system controls and change tracking.
• Stay updated on Workday enhancements and industry best practices to suggest improvements.

This is a direct-hire role, fully remote, but candidates must live in one of the following states: GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, TX, WI, IN, VA, or OH.
