Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Workday Financials Specialist to configure, implement, and optimize the Workday Financial Management platform.

The role partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial processes, reports, and dashboards from initial build through post-production support. The position is located at 488 Madison Ave, New York, NY, and requires 3+ years Workday experience and 5+ years in finance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years supporting finance systems or ERP platforms.
• 3+ years Workday Financials experience.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday Financials implementation.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, P2P, and budgeting/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in Workday Financials build, enhancements, and optimization.
• Configure business processes, security roles, validations, workflows, and approvals.
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
• Support data conversion, reconciliations, and system interfaces during implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders across finance, IT, and leadership.
