Job summary

The Bachrach Group in New York is seeking a Workday Financials Specialist for a midtown nonprofit. You will serve as the SME for configuration, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of the Workday Financial Management platform.

This is a permanent, on-site role in NYC. You will lead or participate in the initial Workday build, finance process redesign, system integrations, reporting and analytics development, testing, and day-to-day application support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Workday Financials implementation.
• Experience with Workday modules including GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Grants, Budgeting.
• Understanding of financial management processes including record-to-report, procure-to-pay and budgeting & financial planning.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME responsible for configuration, implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of the Workday Financial Management platform.
• Lead or participate in the initial Workday Financials build, business process redesign initiatives, system integrations, reporting and analytics development, testing efforts, and ongoing application support.
