Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Lead - FDM/R2R to drive end-to-end Workday implementations for clients, overseeing design, prototyping, testing, and deployment. You will guide workshops, manage budgets, and mentor project teams across global accounts.

Travel may be required, and you’ll work within a large, diverse advisory team delivering cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that enable faster, better business decisions.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, led projects.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US or global financials operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ yrs) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design functional solutions.
• Plan budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work or client proposals.
• Lead workshops for client education and alignment.
• Manage resources and budgets across client projects.
• Provide SME guidance for functional decisions.
• Mentor and evaluate project staff performance.
• Capture requirements through client working sessions.
• Architect cohesive Workday FDM/R2R solutions across streams.
