Role Description

Workday Financials Lead Consultant

• Review, interpret, and refine client requests to translate them into best practice Workday configurations, aligning with customer expectations.
• Lead advisory, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities during Financials deployment projects.
• Involve in advisory, enhancement, and optimization for production clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and other consultants during implementations and post-go-live.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Financial platform and core modules interoperability.
• Manage time-critical deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
• Support pre-sales and GTM activities related to Financials offerings.
• Be a product lead for UST within the Workday ecosystem.

What You Need

• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with effective client expectation management.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent with 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with accounting centers (preferred).
