Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a dedicated Workday Financials Lead to join our team in the United States. You will lead Workday Financials implementations for healthcare clients, driving process improvements and cost savings.

You will design, configure, and integrate Workday modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Banking and Settlement, and manage data migration and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Mgmt, Procurement, Banking), and related modules.
• Proven track record leading Workday Financials projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools and technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• 2+ years of Workday Financials implementation and support.
• Workday certification in Workday Financials preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support.

• Workday certification in Workday Financials preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of$90,650-$173,559.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
