Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a senior ERP data conversion leader in the United States to guide large-scale projects from planning through delivery. You will own the Financials data conversion workstream, set scope, sequencing, and milestones.

You will lead a team of data conversion developers, provide technical direction, review deliverables, and serve as the primary client contact for conversion activities. This role requires hands-on expertise and strong leadership to deliver complex ERP

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP data conversion experience with leadership in a major conversion effort.
• Deep hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft Financials data structures and conversion tools.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PeopleTools; experience with Workday data conversions.
