Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Manager to lead and shape enterprise software projects. You will plan, deliver technology solutions, and mentor junior staff while fostering client relationships across cloud ERP, EPM, and CRM initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and practical outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will engage with clients, manage multiple projects, and travel up to 50% as needed to drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
• Experience as a functional application specialist.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in project management and technical dimensions.
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal teams.
