Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a hands-on role combining project management and client interaction.
• Focus on overall practice development and mentorship of coachees.
• Manage projects and perform intensive data analysis.

Skills

Workday Certification or equivalent experience

Implementation experience from start to go live

Experience leading work sessions

Experience configuring Workday Financials

Ability to coach and develop others

Understanding of client challenges

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
