Exemplar Luxury Group in New York seeks a Workday Financial Analyst to translate business and accounting requirements into scalable Workday solutions, supporting the Finance suite from General Ledger to Expenses. In this 3–5 year level role, you will configure, test, and maintain financial processes and support biannual release testing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on functional Workday Financials configuration and administration experience.
• Experience across multiple Finance modules (GL, AR, Banking, Procurement, Expenses, Asset Management).
• Proficiency with inbound/outbound EIBs and data accuracy discipline.
• Understanding of GAAP/IFRS and close process workflows.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and design of Workday configurations for Finance.
• Configure, test, and maintain end-to-end Workday Financials processes.
• Manage EIBs for mass adjustments and data maintenance.
• Lead biannual release testing and regression efforts.
• Triage production tickets and support month-end close in an agile environment.
