Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 to drive large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on Workday Finance and ERP implementations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, refining processes, and leading change initiatives to align with business goals.

You will engage in scope definition, insights-driven decision making, and go-to-market strategies while ensuring project financials meet targets and client expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development life cycle and Workday Finance Management.
• Experience with Workday cloud projects.
• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects and related ERP domain experience.
• Proficient in all delivered ERP processes and reports; able to suggest best practices.
• Experience with Workday Cloud projects.
• Must have experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, etc).
• Proficient in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud with integrations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for cohesive project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and secure consensus.
• Refine project management processes with best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align outcomes with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions on commercial estimates.
• Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps.
