Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks an Associate Application Analyst – ERP Testing to plan and execute system testing of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) and related integrations. You will verify changes align with business needs and SOX/audit requirements.

Responsibilities include test planning, executing cases, defect tracking, and collaborating with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver quality Workday releases and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with software testing concepts, methodologies, and the testing life cycle.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ALM, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of Workday ERP modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) and integration testing is desirable.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and support validation through testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, maintenance, and execution of test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts aligned with Workday release cycles.
• Execute manual and automated testing across Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) and related integrations.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Validate payroll, financial, and HCM data accuracy through reconciliations and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects with defect tracking tools.
• Support Workday releases, patches, and ongoing regression testing to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to clarify requirements and retest fixes.
• Assist with test environment coordination, data preparation, and maintenance.
• Maintain test documentation and evidence for audit readiness.
