Job summary

Universal Health Services in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an Associate Workday ERP Testing Analyst to support planning and execution of testing across HCM, Payroll and Financials, ensuring changes meet business needs and comply with SOX.

You will develop test strategies, run manual and automated tests, coordinate UAT, track defects, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver quality Workday releases and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with software testing concepts, methodologies, and the testing life cycle.
• Proficiency with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Basic understanding of Workday ERP modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
• Ability to analyze requirements and support validation through testing.
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining testing artifacts.
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security and compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts aligned with Workday release cycles.
• Execute manual and automated testing across Workday modules and integrations.
• Coordinate and support UAT with business stakeholders and schedule testing activities.
• Validate data accuracy through reconciliations and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects until resolution.
• Support Workday releases, patches, and regression testing cycles.
