Job summary

Huron is seeking a Workday Endowments Manager in the United States to lead endowment accounting, fund management, reporting, and related financial processes within Workday Financials.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Advancement, Treasury, and IT to define requirements, configure funds and dashboards, and ensure data integrity. Travel may be required. Candidates should have a BA in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years in Workday Financials, and a Workday Endowments certification.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of Workday Financials experience.
• Experience with Workday Endowments, Grants, Revenue modules.
• Workday certification preferred.
• Experience leading system implementations or support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin and optimization of Workday Endowments and related Workday Financials modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Advancement, Treasury, and IT to define business requirements.
• Configure endowment funds, spending rules, reporting structures and workflows.
• Manage releases, testing, and deployment; develop reports and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations with external systems and ensure data integrity.
• Provide user guidance and training; drive process improvements.
