Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday EDM Solution Consultant - Manager to drive presales engagements for the EDM extension within Workday environments. You will partner with Account Executives to articulate value, lead discovery, and deliver tailored demonstrations that translate capabilities into tangible HR outcomes.

The role focuses on revenue-aligned efforts, aligning EDM with Workday processes, and supporting ROI-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering experience supporting SaaS sales cycles.
• Workday experience strongly preferred; alternative experience in HCM, HRIS, or enterprise platforms accepted.
• Ability to lead discovery, deliver demonstrations, and influence deals end-to-end.
• Experience engaging both business stakeholders (HR, Legal) and technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Presales engagement & opportunity support with Account Executives across Workday accounts.
• Lead discovery conversations on document management, compliance, and HR lifecycle processes.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing EDM extensions for Workday.
• Translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes for stakeholders.
• Support ROI and business case development aligned to data security and auditability.
