Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with strong technical expertise to join our Bank as a Workday Core Financial Technical Administrator. The successful candidate will lead system integrations, manage Workday implementations, and provide ongoing production support. Prior experience as a Workday configuration Analyst is a must, and familiarity with Adaptive is a plus. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday system integration support, ensuring seamless connectivity between Workday and upstream/downstream systems.
• Oversee ongoing production support, including bug fixes, enhancements, and reporting requests.
• Coordinate with business users to understand Workday module requirements, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Assist with system analysis, data migration, and data analysis efforts.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and workflow visualizations.
• Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Apply project management lifecycle methodologies to system implementations and enhancements.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Work with financial systems, with General Ledger experience being a plus.

Required Technical Skills:

• Prior experience as a Workday Administrator, specifically in Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Banking.
• Experience with Workday implementation projects.
• SQL experience for querying and database management.
• Programming experience (e.g., Java) or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript).
• Experience using job scheduling tools.
• Exposure or hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Snowflake, Crystal Reports, or QlikSense.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights.
• Background in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
