• 9+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong functional knowledge in Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Workday integration tools like EIB, Core Connectors (Studio is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence.
• Develop and support Workday reports (custom and advanced) using Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Gather business requirements, design solutions, and perform system configuration.
• Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio (if applicable).
• Stay up to date with Workday releases and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day Workday system support.
