We’re actively partnering with Epic-certified Willow Ambulatory Analyst consultants for upcoming contract opportunities supporting healthcare organizations across the U.S.

If you have recent experience implementing or supporting Epic's Willow Ambulatory application, we’d love to connect, even if you are currently on a contract and not looking for opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required
• Strong experience in building, optimizing, or supporting Epic’s Willow Ambulatory application
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with broader clinical and technical teams
• Previous consulting experience preferred (but not required)
• PharmD or Pharmacy Technician background preferred

Engagement details vary by project, but typically include:

• Supporting build, testing, and implementation efforts
• Partnering with clinical pharmacy teams to optimize workflows
• Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues
• Assisting in system upgrades or go-lives
