Accenture is seeking a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead to join our team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that optimize finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will lead advisory projects, design Workday solutions, and mentor project staff while partnering with clients to implement best practices.

You will advise on industry standards, manage client workshops, and ensure cross-functional alignment across benefits and compensation streams.

Qualifications

• Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a lead role
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in gathering business requirements, design, prototyping, testing and training
• Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions with cohesive cross-functional impacts
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
• Architect statements of work and client proposals
• Lead workshops for client education and manage project resources and budgets
• Provide SME guidance for decision making and escalate critical issues
