What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
- Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
- Translate business requirements for Talent configuration
- Provide guidance and direction to clients on best practices
- Collaborate with Mercer’s broader HR Transformation community to enhance client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified in Workday Talent
- Minimum of 2 years of functional Workday Talent implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in and experience with Workday Learning
- Fluency in Spanish
