This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR. As a Workday FINs QTC/PSA Architect, your primary responsibilities may include:

  1. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  2. Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
  3. Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.
  4. Develop and manage vendor relationships.
  5. Lead workshops for client education.
  6. Manage resources and budget on client projects.
  7. Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
  8. Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
  9. Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff.
  10. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
  11. Architect Workday Financials QTC/PSA solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  12. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  13. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  14. Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  15. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  16. Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
  17. Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

  1. Workday Financials Partner Certification.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role.
  3. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday Financials QTC/CTC or PSA experience.
  4. Minimum of 4 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience).

Bonus points if:

  1. Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.).
  2. Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
  3. Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  4. Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.).
  5. An advanced degree in the area of specialization.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below. Role Location Annual Salary Range:

  1. California: $94,400 to $266,300.
  2. Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000.
  3. District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000.
  4. Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000.
  5. Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000.
  6. Maryland: $87,400 to $213,000.
  7. New York: $87,400 to $266,300.
  8. Washington: $100,500 to $245,000.
