You are a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Financials Accounting Center/Prism Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:
  1. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  2. Formulate overall project planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
  3. Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.
  4. Develop and manage vendor relationships.
  5. Lead workshops for client education.
  6. Manage resources and budget on client projects.
  7. Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
  8. Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision-making related to the functional solution.
  9. Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff.
  10. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
  11. Architect Workday Financials Accounting Center/Prism solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  12. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  13. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
  14. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  15. Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  16. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  17. Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
  18. Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.

Here’s what you need:
  1. Workday Financials Partner Certification.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.
  5. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Prism experience.
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience.)
Bonus points if:
  1. You have proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.).
  2. You have experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
  3. You have other leading Cloud-based SaaS financial application implementation experience (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.).
  4. You have an advanced degree in the area of specialization.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
