Job summary

Pierce Technology Corp is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Workday implementations to collaborate with stakeholders, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for configuration and development teams.

You will analyze workflows in Workday, assist in configuring modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll), facilitate UAT, and provide end-user training, staying current with Workday updates to continuously improve system functionality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and system configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on new systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
