Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years + project implementation and/or minimum of 3+ full life cycle experience as Benefits Functional Lead.
• Detailed understanding of Workday Benefits processes and best practices.
• Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and manage projects with a focus on Workday Benefits.
• Mentor junior staff on the engagement team and share expertise.
• Present to leadership audiences and conference settings with clear impact.
• Travel 25-50% of the time when needed.
