Makse Group LLC is seeking an Associate Consultant to solve complex client challenges using Workday solutions. You will translate requirements into clear strategies, advise on best practices, and guide clients through end-to-end implementations in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s (or higher) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage firm resources to develop understanding of Workday functionality and apply knowledge to client strategies.
• Lead and participate in all phases of system implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Advise clients in testing Workday HR, payroll, and financial transactions across various testing types.
• Develop and present processes, solution designs, and integration flows using visual tools.
• Design end-user training approaches and support material to drive adoption and process improvements.
• Configure system modules following established best practices and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes in configuration, integrations, or data, and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables using firm-provided project management tools.
