Job Description

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. As an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform and will be responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop innovative solutions using Workday Studio to enhance application functionality.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Core Integrations.
2. Lead the implementation of Workday Cloud Connect For Benefits to optimize benefits management.
3. Provide expertise in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll to streamline payroll processes.
4. Troubleshoot and build the Workday Studio Integration.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday core integration.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday studio integration.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday CCTPP integration.
4. High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree.
