Job summary

Makse Group is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO and Client Services team. This role leads the tactical execution of a portfolio of concurrent Workday deployments, focusing on Change Management and user adoption to ensure not just a live system but a workforce that embraces it.

You will bridge technical configuration with business readiness, own budgets, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements across projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.A. or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Project Management for enterprise system implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Change Management activities (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) and CM deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of the Workday ecosystem and full HCM/FIN process lifecycles.
  • PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of multiple Workday projects (Net-new, Launch, Optimization).
  • Drive end-to-end deployment projects with scope, budget, and milestones in focus.
  • Develop CM, training, and communication plans to drive user adoption.
  • Own client communications, align senior stakeholders on progress and change impacts.
