Job summary

Makse Group LLC in Texas is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO and Client Services team. You will lead multiple Workday deployment projects, driving Change Management, user adoption, and stakeholder alignment to ensure the system is fully embraced by end users.

With 5–8 years of project management experience in enterprise implementations, you’ll partner with clients and internal teams, manage budgets, risks, and communications, and help shape the governance and outcomes of

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in enterprise system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) and CM deliverables.
• Solid understanding of Workday deployments and HCM/FIN processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple concurrent Workday projects within scope, budget, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; drive end-to-end delivery with governance.
• Develop CM, training, and communications plans; sustain user adoption and readiness.
• Build Change Networks and Training Networks with client teams for buy-in.
• Manage client communications with senior stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Workday functionalities and value.
• Oversee PMO budgets and resource allocation; standardize internal best practices.
