Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning specialist in the United States to administer Adaptive Insights models, build dashboards, and maintain robust planning templates. The role emphasizes data integrity, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and IT.

You will train end users on reporting and planning tools, drive optimization initiatives, and support the annual budget process with detailed financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Math.
• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience: report building, dashboards, model administration.
• MBA preferred; CPA or similar qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years in a related field.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ability to model financial outcomes using spreadsheets or other tools.
• Experience with relational databases and report writing.
• Familiarity with Workday ERP and data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Adaptive Planning models, including version control and user access.
• Develop and optimize dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and templates.
• Ensure data integrity between Workday ERP and Adaptive Planning through reconciliation and monitoring.
• Partner with Accounting and IT to align hierarchies and reporting with planning needs.
• Train and support end users on Adaptive Insights reporting and planning templates.
• Lead process improvements and scenario modeling for forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare annual budget support and monthly close package related to new reporting requirements.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
