Job summary

Huron Consulting in the United States seeks an experienced professional to help clients implement Workday Adaptive Planning and other FP&A initiatives. You will perform 1–3 years of proven success in implementing Adaptive Planning, analyze requirements, write functional specs, conduct tests and troubleshoot issues with business users.

Bachelor's degree is required; travel is limited to client requests. The position offers a base salary range of $95,000–$120,000 per year plus an annual incentive,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights.
• 1-3 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.

Required:

• 1-3 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
• 1-3 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• No travel - unless requested by client

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
• May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
• Experience supporting medium to large scale Adaptive Planning projects
• Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
• Should be able to manage clients up to Tier 3 support
• Prior PPS/AMS experience
• Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities

The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $120,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $109,250 - $138,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
