Sierra-Cedar is seeking a certified and experienced Workday Absence/Benefits Lead Consultant to join our team. You will guide clients through all phases of implementation, from fit/gap to testing, and help integrate Workday into client environments while advising on options and risks.

The role requires travel up to 50% and projects are executed on-site at client locations nationwide. Strong Workday HCM, Absence Management and Benefits expertise and excellent communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Workday Certification in HCM, Absence Management and Benefits is required.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience implementing Absence Management and Benefits ERP systems.
• Experience with open enrollment, employee life cycle events, setting up benefit plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA regulations affecting health benefit plans.
• Excellent presentation skills, oral and written communication.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Workday functional expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Guide clients through fit/gap, configuration and testing
• Assist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure the Workday system and integrations to meet each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
• Work with the client and data migration team to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Assist the integration team with design, configuration and testing delivered and custom integrations
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, reporting progress to managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Workday Certification in HCM, Absence Management and Benefits
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience implementing Absence Management and Benefits ERP systems in Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP or other SaaS or ERP systems
• Experience with open enrollment, employee life cycle events, setting up benefit plans, health and welfare benefits and compliance, retirement plans, pension plans, HSA, FSA
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPPA, ACA (Affordable Care Act) and related regulations affecting health benefit plans
• Ability to translate customer requirements to system configuration and business processes
• Excellent presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience using pivot tables, vLookups and formulas
