Digile is seeking a Data & Workato Engineer to lead automation between Workday and enterprise systems. You will design, build, and maintain recipes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

The role requires hands-on Workato experience, strong Workday integration knowledge, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced enterprise environment. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or Developer using Workato.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday (HCM) integration points.
• Solid understanding of API structures, JSON, and data formats.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workato recipes to automate workflows between Workday and other corporate like Dell boomi platforms.
• Build custom integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and webhooks.
• Optimize data mapping and transformations to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Troubleshoot and monitor active integrations to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical automations.
• Somebody who can code in .NET
