Job summary

Infosys Limited in Greensboro, NC seeks a Package Consultant 2 to participate in ERP integration projects across business units. You will gather requirements, assist in solution design, and develop and integrate features with ERP packages while ensuring security and compliance.

You will configure interfaces, run ETL processes, review code, and document customizations. Strong communication with senior stakeholders and a hands-on coding mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workato (recipes, connectors, SDK, event-driven flows).
• Understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, webhooks, data transformations).
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and business users.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
