Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global leader in digital services, seeks a Package Consultant 2 in the US market to advance ERP customization and integration across banking and financial services. You will gather requirements, design solution architecture, and implement features while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You'll work with Agentforce, LWC, and Aura, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Agentforce.
Experience with LWC and Aura.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
