Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 within the EAIS unit to tailor ERP packages, integrate features, and ensure secure, compliant customizations across on-site client projects in the United States.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design interfaces, perform ETL and data flow checks, and produce thorough documentation and user training to enable knowledge transfer and ongoing value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing ERP package modules based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your Contribution To The Team

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Workato (recipes, connectors, SDK, event‑driven flows).
• Understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, webhooks, data transformations).
• Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
• Communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and business users.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, etc.) is a plus.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
