Job summary

Costello Property Management LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance & Grounds Technician to support site operations across apartment and townhome communities. The role involves hands-on maintenance, grounds care, and customer service to residents, with travel to surrounding communities and a provided car allowance.

You will partner with Site and Regional Managers, maintain appliances, HVAC units, lighting, and assist in getting units rent-ready after vacates while ensuring safety and compliance

1. Perform maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, dry wall, appliance repairs, improvements, and other maintenance duties.

Position Summary

The Maintenance & Grounds Technician is responsible for assisting the Site Manager in performing all duties and functions required for the efficient operation of their apartment and townhome communities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of apartment and townhome communities. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician must ensure the proper operation of all appliances, heating and cooling units, and light fixtures.

Salary Description

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Requirements

• Must have hand tools to use on the job site.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Willingness to travel to other communities to assist.
