Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists with no experience needed. We offer paid training, RBT training, and flexible part-time or full-time hours across Orange County, including Huntington Beach.

The role involves in-person, home- and community-based sessions with children, data collection, and collaboration with families. Paid training, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for career advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Energetic, reliable, and caring demeanor.
• Live Scan background check after conditional offer (reimbursed).
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and community locations.
• Teach language, communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports as directed by supervisor.
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet.
• Facilitate social skills play dates and collaborative activities.
• Work with families to teach programs and support learning at home and in the community.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist - No Experience Needed!

Pay: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education

About Us

We work with kids of all ages, providing ABA therapy. We are a Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team. We serve families throughout Orange County - e.g., Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana.

We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists to work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4-32 hours per week), with optional weekend hours. We're super flexible and will work around your schedule. Staff working 30+ hours per week qualify for full-time benefits.

No experience necessary! You'll receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight from our credentialed supervisors.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community, driving to each location as needed
• Teach a wide range of skills, including language and communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills
• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by your supervisor
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet
• Facilitate social skills play dates
• Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Energetic, reliable, and caring
• Live Scan background check, completed after a conditional offer (we reimburse the cost)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
