Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists to support children with ABA therapy across Orange County, including multiple cities.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive PAID training and weekly supervision are provided. Flexible scheduling from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional weekends and full-time benefits for staff working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic, reliable, and caring demeanor.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community, traveling as needed.
• Teach language/communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports.
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet.
• Collaborate with families to practice programs at home and in the community.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – No Experience Needed

Pay: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education

About Us

We work with kids of all ages, providing ABA therapy. We are a Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team. We serve families throughout Orange County – e.g., Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana.

We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists to work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4–32 hours per week), with optional weekend hours. We're super flexible and will work around your schedule. Staff working 30+ hours per week qualify for full-time benefits.

No experience necessary! You'll receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight from our credentialed supervisors.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community, driving to each location as needed
• Teach a wide range of skills, including language and communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills
• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by your supervisor
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet
• Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Energetic, reliable, and caring
• Live Scan background check, completed after a conditional offer (we reimburse the cost)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
