Job summary

Behavior Nation is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to engage with children in ABA-based activities, deliver in-home or community services, and support families in Sunnyvale, CA. This role emphasizes compassionate care and data-driven progress tracking.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, grow within the ABA field, and contribute to a culture of quality service and ongoing training. In-person opportunities and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Be loving and caring for all our patients and their families, willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients receive quality medically necessary ABA Services and Parent Education as well as awareness.
• Be willing to learn and grow constantly amidst the changing landscape that is the ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in ABA-based activities and provide redirection as needed.
• Deliver in-home or community-based services and support families.
• Document progress and maintain data collection accurately.
